Microsoft Office is rumored to be coming to the iPad tablet. As the owner of IOS ecosystem, Apple has not given approval to Microsoft, they are still evaluating the application of this Office for the iPad.
This news comes from The Daily, Tuesday (21/02/2012), which reveals a picture that shows the iPad that is running Office applications. According to the Application and Technology Editor of The Daily, Peter Ha, this application is still in preview stage being tested internally by the Microsoft.
From the side view, similar to the Office for the iPad look of Microsoft OneNote, but the added feel of the interface is identical to the Metro tile box.
However, Microsoft sources told Business Insider that Office for the iPad photo is fake. "The Daily Statements are based on rumor and speculation inaccurate picture that is not the real image of Microsoft products," said a Microsoft spokesperson told Business Insider.
Microsoft Twitter account for news writing, "We have great respect for The Daily. But someone gave them bad information and it will become clear in the coming weeks."
