Twitter has extended the deadline for tweet edits from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, aka one hour for paid users, aka Twitter Blue. Twitter Blue users have a longer chance to revise their tweets.
This change was officially announced by Twitter via the Twitter Blue support page. "Blue (Twitter) subscribers now have up to one hour to edit a tweet," tweeted Blue's Twitter support account with handle @TwitterBlue.

As the name, the Edit Tweet feature allows users to revise uploaded tweets. However, users can only edit a tweet up to one hour after it was posted. In other words, tweets that have been posted for more than an hour cannot be edited again.
The Edit Tweet feature can be found by Blue Twitter users through the "three dots" icon menu at the top of each tweet. After clicking the icon, users will then find an "Edit Tweet" button to modify their tweet. Every edited tweet will be tagged/labeled "edited".
The "edited" tag can be clicked by other users to see the contents of the original version of the tweet. The label also displays editing history and a timeline of when the tweet was last edited. It should be noted that this feature is only available to Twitter Blue users. This means that users of the free version of Twitter will not find similar features in their Twitter application
